This year, Anthony Dominick Benedetto—better known as Tony Bennett—is celebrating his 90th birthday with a new book, Just Getting Started (available Nov. 15), and a two-hour, star-studded NBC TV special, Tony Bennett Celebrates 90: The Best Is Yet to Come, airing December 20 (9 p.m. ET), along with a companion album. The NBC special is hosted by Alec Baldwin and features performances by Lady Gaga, Stevie Wonder, Elton John, Billy Joel, Michael Buble, Andrea Bocelli, Kevin Spacey, Leslie Odom Jr and Tony himself, and additional appearances by Robert DeNiro, Bruce Willis, Steve Buscemi, Regis Philbin, Don Rickles, Wynton Marsalis and John McEnroe. Bennett recently gave Parade a tour of his New York art studio, which overlooks Central Park, and talked about painting, performing and his desire to duet with Beyoncé.
