When I insert my CD into my computer, I can find the application for Ultimate Access Pass, but I can’t find my music. How can I play the songs on the album?

A:   Tony Bennett’s albums Duets II and The Classic Christmas Album are enabled with a special Ultimate Access Pass (UAP), an enhanced fan-experience that gives you added content online via, providing you with a look into Tony’s life and career like never before.

 When you insert the disc, the UAP widget that pops up is independent of the music CD. Your CD will appear as any other in your computer’s default music player (e.g. iTunes, Windows Media Player).


How can I download my bonus content to my smartphone or tablet?

A:   Downloadable UAP bonus content, including music and videos, is not enabled for download directly to smartphones or tablets. To get your bonus content on your device, download the content via a desktop or laptop computer and transfer to your device per your device’s usual methods.


What are the minimum system requirements necessary for enabling Ultimate Access Pass?

A:   You must have a broadband Internet connection, Flash 9 and at least one of the following supported browser versions: Internet Explorer 8+, Firefox 3.0+, Safari 3.0+ or Chrome 4+, as well as any software or hardware necessary for the playing of digital audio and video files in order to obtain and make full use of the Website and Content. The minimum display resolution when using the Site and viewing the Content is 1024x768 for computers and 960x480 for mobile devices. UAP reserves the right to change any of the minimum system requirements at any time. For best viewing of the Website and Content, the recommended: (i) computer processor speed is 1GHz Intel/1.5GHz PPC, (ii) RAM is 512MB and (iii) Internet connection speed is 2.5MB per second or faster. In addition, the display resolution for computers can be optimized at 1280x1024.


Can I use Ultimate Access Pass on my Mac OS X 10.7/Lion system?

A:   Ultimate Access Pass as it exists on Tony Bennett’s Duets II and The Classic Christmas Album requires an easy patch to function on systems running Mac OS X 10.7/Lion.

 Click here to download a ZIP file containing a small Mac computer utility which will enable your UAP experience.  Within the compressed folder there is a desktop icon application, that when clicked with the CD in the computer drive, will open Tony Bennett’s Ultimate Access Pass.


How do I know if my UAP membership went through?

A:   After you purchase your UAP membership, all locked content on the site will become available. Specifically, in the Tour section, you will now have the ability to purchase VIP tickets to Tony’s upcoming shows.


How do I log in?

A:   Click the [LOG IN] button at the top of the page.

 Log in through a social network or using your email and password.

 Enter your login details and click the button. [LOG IN]


When I log in, nothing happens. Am I logged in?

A:   If you can see your name in the top navigation bar, then you have successfully logged in.


How can I tell if I’m logged in?

A:   All site content will be unlocked and accessible to you.


I’m logged in and see the welcome message. Why won’t the VIP links work for me?

A:   If you’re using any version of Internet Explorer, the VIP tickets link may not function correctly. Please try again using another browser such as Google Chrome, FireFox or Safari. We are working to remedy this.


Why won’t UAP work in my preferred browser?

A:   We recommend navigating the site using Chrome, FireFox or Safari.


I’m logged into UAP on my iPad and click on the VIP link, but all I see is a map. How do I purchase VIP tickets?

A:   VIP tickets can be purchased using your computer on Chrome, FireFox or Safari.


How do I purchase VIP tickets as a UAP member?

A:   Make sure that you log in to your UAP account, before navigating to the Tour section and clicking either the [BUY] or [VIP] button.

 Make sure that you’re using Chrome, FireFox or Safari as your browser.


Why haven’t I received a confirmation for my VIP tickets?

A:   You will receive an email confirmation from after you purchase a pre-sale VIP ticket.

 If you do not receive a confirmation email, please make sure to check your spam folders first.
